The CFA UK Inclusion and Diversity Partner Programme was a pilot programme set up in conjunction with our Inclusion and Diversity Network to support organisations and the wider industry in identifying and implementing best practice in policy and delivery on inclusion and diversity.

The programme covered a wide range of topics including: gender diversity, mental health and wellbeing, LGBT+, black professionals network. The five founding partners Allianz Global Investors, Fidelity International, PIMCO, Royal London Asset Management and Vanguard contributed to a variety of workshop discussions with subject experts, leading to the firms adopting a number of initiatives within their own firms, as well as wider programme initiatives, such as the Insight Programme with SEO London HerCapital and the CFA UK Inclusion and Diversity Hub. an online content for the benefit of the wider CFA UK membership.
