Eleni Sifakis, Senior Vice President, Account Manager Global Wealth Management, EMEA Head Corporate Responsibility Council, PIMCO, shares some of the experiences of being part of the CFA UK Inclusion and Diversity Partner Programme.

On this short video interview, Eleni tells us about PIMCO's, a co-founder of the Programme, committment to invest and collaborate in order to progress the diversity agenda in the industry.

The Partner Programme, says Eleni, "can really allow us to exchange best practices and make sure that we are aligned with them."
